PDFCreator is an Open Source program with which you can create PDF files from virtually any Windows application. It can be integrated as a printer in Microsoft Word, StarCalc or another application. Supported output file formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, BMP, PCX, TIFF, PS, EPS.
Acting as a printer driver, PDFCreator allows you to create PDF files from any document by “printing” it with the ‘PDFCreator Printer’ it installs. You can then set the various settings for the PDF file – title, date, author, compression, and more. Along with this, you can combine several files into one, create images instead of PDF files and more useful features.
PDFCreator is distributed open source under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
