Sound Normalizer is a program to improve, reduce, restore the volume in Mp3, Ogg, APE, FLAC and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits), DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2 , OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW files, without loss of ID3, Ogg and FLAC tags. Sound Normalizer can work simultaneously with both sound channels, as well as separately with each of them.
The change in volume is achieved by checking and normalizing the volume in digital files. It is possible to reduce the size of audio files through the built-in encoder-decoder and audio format analyzer.
Sound Normalizer has batch processing of sound files, and the volume is displayed graphically using scales with percentages and decibels. Wav, Ogg, APE and FLAC normalization are performed both at the peak sound level and at its average value.
