Center at its startup if the “Collect usage statistics” option was enabled.

Control Center commands (like pausing / resuming or modifying the settings).
[-] Actual Taskbar, Mouse Actions: Creating a custom mouse action assigned to
taskbar button left double click with no modifiers blocked single clicks
and therefore prevented normal taskbar operations, such as window
activation, minimization / restoration, etc.
