PicPick is a free program that can “capture” your desktop, a window, or just part of it. With the program’s built-in editor, you can easily and quickly edit what you’ve “captured.”
PicPick combines the capabilities of an unpretentious graphics editor and a tool for capturing images from a computer screen. The graphics editor is similar to Microsoft Paint, but has a larger set of included filters and effects. You also have a virtual ruler, protractor, pencil, color picker from anywhere on the screen and more. Images can be saved in JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP format.
Although PicPick is small in size and free, it is not inferior to the “old” programs in this industry. The program features an extremely easy and simple interface.
