Artweaver Free is a free raster graphics editor with layer support.
The program is designed for drawing, as well as for processing images and photographs. One of the most important features of Artweaver Free is that it supports work with tablets with a touch interface.
Artweaver Free has many software tools that mimic chalk drawing, crayons, brushes, sponges, pencil, oil paints, charcoal and more. The parameters of the paint brushes can be adjusted; it is possible to create new brushes.
Key features of Artweaver:

- It is possible to work with plugins.
