SRWare Iron is an alternative browser based on the open Chromium project. It has all the features that Google Chrome has to offer, except for those that pose a security and privacy issue.
Google Chrome has received a lot of criticism from data protection experts, for reasons such as creating a unique user ID, as well as submitting data to Google to generate tips.
Unlike its prototype, Iron does not identify the user and does not send Google any information about his activities. The bug reports, the installation of the Google Updater service, which runs with Windows, have also been removed. A distinctive feature is the built-in ad blocker.
With its positive honors, SRWare Iron has every chance of becoming the preferred alternative to Google Chrome.
